Notes

Roberts went on to command 825, 767, and 813 squadrons. He was shot down in Korean waters in 1952. For his command in Korea, he won the DSO. From 1952-55, he was seconded to the RAN as Deputy Director of Air Warfare. Emigrated to Australia 1971. Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve Officers 1939-1945
