Battle of the Cocos Island The book Bravo Zulu records records the DSM was awarded to 3 other AB's #838 Joseph Kinniburgh, #4385 Harold Collins, #4375 Bertie Green & William Taylor plus #4387 CPO Arthur Lambert Note: There is something odd with his age, his birth record seems to have been altered or added in 2005 on the NSWBDM Index. Naval records give his birth date as 18 Oct 1894 making him 40 years old upon his death and 18 at enlistment. However his grave gives his age as 38 making him 16 upon enlistment
