Hugh lied about his age on enlistment, his mother proved his age and he waa discharged having served from 19 AUG 1941 to 11 May 1942 at the depots Lonsdale & Cerberus only. He attempted to get Repat to accept a claim, Card states Repat rejected "anxiety state, with tension headaches, duodemal ulcer".
